PURPOSE:To eliminate ghost, by making the phase of a start pulse arbitrary in one or two pulses and setting the phase rotation of an applying pulse train to x, -y, y, -x, -x, y, -y, x or one wherein the phase of each pulse is shifted by 90 deg.. CONSTITUTION:In the measurement detecting the free induction damping signal due to the application of a pulse train, the phase of a start pulse is made arbitrary among x, y, -x and -y. The phase rotation of an applying pulse train is set to x, -y, y, -x, -x, y, -y, x or one wherein the phase of each pulse is shifted by 90 deg.. By this method, the ghost component due to the effect of the previous pulse train can be erased.
