PURPOSE:To improve efficiency, by making the thickness of the inner peripheral side of the oscillation transfer section of a ring-formed oscillating unit, larger than the outer peripheral side. CONSTITUTION:So far as a stator is concerned, the outer peripheral width and the inner peripheral width of an oscillation transfer section 10' composing a ring-formed oscillating unit 3' having two planes in parallel with each other are different from each other, and the inner peripheral thickness T' and the outer peripheral thickness T are also different from each other, and a firmly fitted section with an oscillating unit 3'b is processed in a plane at a fixed gradient theta so that the thickness T'> the thickness T may be set. When the stator resonates, then elliptic oscillation is generated at the surface area of the oscillation transfer section 10'. So far as a longitudinal amplitude is concerned, the gradient is constant in the outer and inner peripheral directions, and if there is a proportional relation as amplitude infinity stator radius, the speed gradient of a pressure-frictional force generating the driving force of a rotor gets constant, and oscillating energy can be effectively used, and so a loss can be reduced. Then, the rotor and a shaft which are integrated with a slider can be rotated. |
