PURPOSE:To allow the titled equipment to attain various operations to a subscriber registered in advance such as character display in place of dialing, rejection of incoming call or production of special tone color ringing by providing a conversion display means, an incoming rejection means and a call tone conversion means to a digital overall service network terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming setup message reception control section 6 extracts a call number, the processing state of incoming setup message reception processing is noticed to an exchange. Then a number/character conversion table on a memory 7 is searched and when the number is registered, a character is displayed on a display device 9. If the caller number is a number incurring rejection, the incoming call is rejected and an open command message is returned to the exchange. If the caller number is to be called in a special tone, a call tone generator 11 is used and a bell 12 rings in a special tone.
