To facilitate the quick clamping of dies in injection die-casting machines, centring plates with downwardly widening bearing prisms are secured on the underside of the die flange plates for the purpose of self-centring, these bearing prisms being placed on centring pins which are screwed into grid points in the Euromap hole pattern present in the clamping plate of the machine. The centring plates can contain water ducts for cooling and temperature control, these being connectable via a common water coupling strip to the cooling or heating water circuits of the machine.
