The device has measurment representations (3, 10) connected with one of the two objects. A scanning system is provided for scanning the measurment representations which are connected with the other object. The scanning system is designed such that a simultaneous position value determination is enabled along lateral (X, Y) and vertical (Z) movement direction of the objects. A scanning beam channel is formed on both sides of the scanning system for position determination in lateral and vertical movement direction. |
