RELEASE LINER AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release liner of good quality which can prevent static electricity without using a special device and a base material and is free from application nonuniformity by static electricity and a method for producing the liner. SOLUTION: The release liner has a mold releasing agent layer on the surface of a base material. The mold releasing agent layer is formed by being coated with a mold releasing agent solution in which the mold releasing agent is dissolved in a solvent having conductivity exceeding 0.01μS/cm. The release liner is produced by forming the mold releasing agent layer-by coating the surface of the base material with the mold releasing agent solution.
