PURPOSE:To immediately execute a readjustment even against the characteristic variation of a process by inputting the set value of pressure and an observed value, executing a proportional operation to the observed value, and also, executing an integral operation to a comparing signal of the set value of pressure and the observed value. CONSTITUTION:A control operating part 51 executes a proportional operation (control constant Kp) to a set value Pr of pressure and an observed value P of pressure from a pressure sensor 3, and also, executes an integral operation (control constant Kl) to a deviation signal (Pr-P), and outputs a control signal to a control valve 2 of a process. Also, a constant setting part 52 calculates each control constant Kp, Kl in the control operating part 51, based on an expression 1, and sets it as an optimum value to the process. Moreover, a initial value setting part 53 sets an initial value of an integral operation in the control operating part 51, so that a control signal to the control valve 2 of the process becomes a zero output or transferred bumplessly to a manual control signal at the time of start of a pressure controller 5. In such a way, the re-adjustment can be executed immediately even against a characteristic variation of the process.
