<p>PURPOSE:To bond vinylidene fluoride resin to rubber material strongly and obtain a resin laminate, prominent in resistances to chemicals, heat and weather as well as in contamination preventing property, by a method wherein adhesive agent, containing a rubber type polymer, a metallic compound of an element which belongs to groups II-IV of the periodic table and organic solvent, is employed. CONSTITUTION:When the laminate of a vinylidene fluoride series resin layer A and a rubber type polymer layer B is manufactured, an adhesive agent, containing a rubber type polymer, at least one kind of metallic compound, selected from the oxide and the hydroxide of an element which belongs to groups II-IV of the periodic table, and an organic solvent, capable of resolving or swelling the resin layer A and/or the polymer layer B, is spread on the resin layer A and/or the polymer layer B; thereafter, both of them are laminated and bonded within a temperature range not higher than the melting point of the resin layer A. Nitrile rubber is preferable for the rubber type polymer, which is the constituent of the adhesive agent, while silicon dioxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, aluminum hydroxide or calcium hydroxide is preferable for the metallic compound.</p> |
