PURPOSE:To prevent a linear spring from being broken as well as to aim at longer service life in a compressor, by installing a recess in both upper and lower ends of a partition plate, and also installing a spring inserting hole, where a linear spring tip is insertable, in this recess. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 8 divides the inside of a cylinder into a refrigerant suction chamber 6 and a compression space 7. A recess 13 is installed in both upper and lower ends of this partition plate 8, and a spring inserting hole 12, where a tip of a linear spring 9 in insertable, is installed in this recess 13. Length of this linear spring becomes lengthened as long as up to the spring inserting hole 12 of the recess 13 from a surface at the opposite side of a surface contacting with a piston 4 of the partition plate 8, whereby force to be imposed on the linear spring 9 is made smaller, thus it is prevented from being broken. By so doing, longer service life in a compressor is contrived. |
