PURPOSE:To improve a yield rate, by mounting a pot, having a material reservoir, to a mold through a heat insulating board and enabling a molding material, left in the material reservoir, to be used for the next time molding preventing the molding material from being hardened even when it is hardened in the mold. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 24, equipped with a shaft forming part 25 forming a shaft part 3 of an umbrella type valve 1, is mounted to the bottom side of a temperature adjustable pot 21 through a heat insulating board 23. A stripper plate 29 is mounted to the bottom side of an intermediate mold 27 equipped in its upper surface with an umbrella forming part 28. After the molds are tightened, the shaft forming part 25, umbrella forming part 28, intermediate mold 27 and a point thick bar.shaped protrusion forming part 30, formed in the stripper plate 29, are filled from a spool 26 with a molding material, and it is hardened. Thereafter opening the upper mold 24 and the intermediate mold 27 to extract the shaft part 3 next separating the intermediate mold 27 from the stripper plate 29 to be divided into an umbrella part 2 and a bar- shaped protrusion 5, the umbrella type valve 1 is obtained.
