PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in heating capacity without entailing any increase of ventilating resistance, by attaching an auxiliary heater, making a positive temperature characteristic thermistor a heating source, in a part or the like in a heat-exchanging flat tube in a hot water type main heater. CONSTITUTION:In this hot water type main heater B, a low of water passing flat tubes 10 are installed between both upper and lower tanks, while a fin 2 for increasing a heat transfer area is installed between these adjacent flay tubes 10, forming a heat-exchanging clearance C there. In this case, the flat tube 10 at the central part among these flat tunes 10 is formed as a flat tube 1 for auxiliary heater installation. That is to say, a rectangular slip B is formed on a side end of a longitudinal intermediate part in this flat tube 1, and thereby an installing clearance 1A for the auxiliary heater A is formed. And the auxiliary heater A is installed in the clearance 1A of the main heater B after being formed of inserting a springlike positive terminal board 4 between two sheets of square platelike position temperature characteristic thermistors. |
