PURPOSE:To prevent the falling or shifting of loads by attaching a anti-friction member having smaller friction coefficient than a load placing surface on a fixed rail in a prior-in/prior-out type fluid shelf having a frontwardly inclined fixed rail and a movable rail with liftable rollers. CONSTITUTION:Band-like anti-friction members 20 are fixed and attached to the top faces 14a, 14b of fixed rails 12 with machine screws 22. The anti-friction member 20 is formed with a material having smaller friction coefficient to a pallet 9 than the component steel material of the fixed rail 12, e.g., a resin material of nylon, etc. In this structure, when a pallet 9 is lowered on the fixed rails 12, a slide braking force is reduced at the place of the anti-friction member 20. Accordingly, relative movement between the pallet and an article and mutually between articles due to inertial force accompanying braking force and movement can be reduced, preventing the shifting or falling of loads.
