PURPOSE:To obtain an Oldham's ring excellent in wear resistance and in self lubrication quality, by applying electroless plating of cobalt-phosphorus system to a sliding surface of the Oldham's ring. CONSTITUTION:A turning scroll 5 is constituted of an end plate 5a and a lap 5b which is vertically provided in the end plate 5a having a curve equal to a lap 4b of a fixed scroll 4, and the end plate 5a is restricted by an Oldham's ring 6 serving as a preventing mechanism for rotation on its own axis. Here the Oldham's ring 6 applies plating 6c of cobalt-phosphorus system to its sliding surface. In this way, improving wear resistance of the Oldham's ring against the aluminum alloy made turning scroll 5 which is an opposed member, a sliding part enables its reliability to be improved even under a condition of high speed and high load. |
