PURPOSE:To uniformize temperature rises in a room without providing a person with the feeling of draft even under a condition that a blow-off temperature has not risen sufficiently, by controlling the flow direction of blow-off air by the blow-off temperature. CONSTITUTION:A blow-off temperature T, detected by a thermistor 28, is compared with a predetermined reference temperature T0. When T<T0, a signal is outputted so as to set the angle of radial direction to an initial value alphagamma0 and control a motor 16 for controlling up-and-down movement. Subsequently, another signal is outputted to set the angle of circumferential direction to a predetermined value alphatheta0 and control another motor 23 for rotating an air guide. A set flow direction is horizontal substantially and it is a direction a, in which a human body will never feel the feeling of draft generated by air stream. Next, the other signal is outputted to set the angle of radial direction to a predetermined value thetagamma when the blow-off temperature has become T>=T0 and the motor 16 for up-and-down movement is controlled. A set flow direction is a predetermined direction B, in which the airflow for heating is requested.
