Gating system for a die-casting die which has one fixed half and one moving half, with an injector channel which is guided by the fixed die half and can be brought into connection with a runner which, for its part, can be connected to a gate leading to the die impression, the runner being taken to the bottom of the die space of the moving die half, the runner being arranged in a core slide which is mounted in the moving die half in a manner which allows it to be moved parallel to the parting plane and which can be actuated by an adjusting device, the injector channel reaching through the fixed die half into a recess formed by the core slide and, if required, the moving die half, and means being provided on the core slide for breaking off the gate.
