PURPOSE:To hold uniform and high strength by enabling molding in an arbitrary form, by a method wherein after fitting of a fibrous sheet to a molding part in the inside of a old, a plastic material is solidified by injecting the same to the molding part. CONSTITUTION:A fibrous sheet 6 is fitted to a molded projected part 2 and molded recessed part 4 of molds 1, 3. In this instance, it is constituted so that the fibrous sheet 6 may be fitted by forming the same beforehand in conformity with forms of a concave 2 and convex 4 in the case where the same possesses necessary shape retentivity. Then in the case where the shape retentivity is low, fixation is performed by making use of a resinous fitting agent close to a plastic material. After matching of a top and bottom molds 1, 3 with each other, a plastic material 8 is injected by an injection nozzle 7 through an injection port 5, the inside of the top and bottom molds 1, 3 is filled with the plastic material 8 through injection pressure, and then the same is solidified. With this construction, strengthened plastics whose inside and outside are composed respectively of plastic material 8 and high-strength fibrous sheet 6 is molded. |
