摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a lamination type fuel cell which is made compact and to simplify a gas controlling system by making a space between a fuel cell laminate and a case divided into four rooms by the use of partition members having sealing materials for enclosure so that a reactive gas is supplied to or exhausted from the fuel cell laminate. CONSTITUTION:Partition members A, 9 and partition members B, 10 are fitted freely with gaps. These gaps are filled with sealing materials for enclosure, that is, tare members 11 with fillers so that partitions are formed. The partitions are formed at respective side wall corner parts of a fuel cell laminate 1 so that a space between the fuel cell laminate 1 and the case 2 is divided into four rooms 13 to 16. In order to assemble a lamination type fuel cell, the case 2 is hung on the fuel cell laminate 1 and lowered to be fitted with the partition members A, B, 9, 10. Next, the tare members 11 are inserted among the partition members A, B, 9, 10, and then the tare members 11 are filled with fillers so as to be swollen, and spaces among the partition members A, B, 9, 10 are enclosed. Thus, the battery can be made compact without manifolds, and further a gas controlling system can be simplified.
