To provide a device for operating actuators, consisting of an actuating lever mounted so as to be movable on a fixed housing part and a means for transmitting longitudinal movements in a flexible guide sleeve, which device is simple to produce and can be mounted in the motor vehicle with low outlay, it is proposed that the fastening means for the free end of the guide sleeve (4) is a spring clip (7) which can be snapped into a corresponding housing-wall recess and can be firmly connected to the sleeve (4), that the fastening means for the free end of the means (3) for transmitting the longitudinal movements at the end of the latter is a further spring clip (8) which can be snapped into a corresponding recess of the actuator and that both spring clips (7, 8) are connected by a coupling element (9) which mounts the spring clips (7, 8) at a distance from one another corresponding to the recesses of housing and actuator. <IMAGE>
