There are disclosed pocket foldable scissors also adapted for operating as a small knife or pencil sharpener and, if desired, as a keyholder. The two operating elements (1, 2) of the scissors, which are hinged to one another in the conventional way, are each provided with an eyelet handle (4, 5), adapted for axially sliding along the end portion opposite to the scissors blade (1'', 2''). In order to store the scissors, the two operating elements (1, 2) thereof may be rotated so as to spread apart the scissors blades (1'', 2''), and arrange them along a single axis, the scissors being completely closed as the base portions of the two handle elements (4, 5) contact one another.
