PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of operations by a method in which a sludge suction port is connected to the tip of a rope extended from platforms set on tops of a triangular water area to be incorporated with a fish-breeding net under water and moved three-dimensionally by the rope. CONSTITUTION:A mover consists of a fish-breeding net 1, platforms 2A, 2B and 2C, ropes 3A, 3B and 3C, and a sludge suction port 4. The ropes 3A, 3B and 3C are advanced or retracted synergistically from the platforms 2A, 2B and 2C to move the port 4 three-dimensionally over deposit sludge 6 on the bottom of a triangular water area on the tops of the platforms 2A, 2B and 2C. The economical advantage of the mover for sludge suction port can thus be enhanced.
