PURPOSE:To prevent a drop of dew condensation water, generated during cooling, by incorporating the dew condensation water in a container, by a method wherein a guide wall, deviating a flow and gradually spreading toward a downstream, an annular groove, extending through the guide wall, is formed in the vicinity of a downstream end, and a container for dew condensation water is mounted on the back side. CONSTITUTION:When a flow is discharged through a nozzle 2, it rolls in air around the flow to cool the air during cooling. Dew condensation water 11 is generated on the surface 8a of a guide wall 8, and the dew condensation water flows to the downstream along the surface 8a. The dew condensation water flows enter a groove 9 along an inlet 9a of the groove 9, and is incorporated in a container 10 to prevent a drop thereof. Since the contained dew condensation water 11 is vaporized during the stop of an air-conditioning device, the size of the container may be increased to a value according to a working time. Since the groove 9 is formed in the middle of the guide wall 8, is not protruded from a surface and lowering of a negative pressure is reduced, of the adhesion effect of a flow is prevented from appearing, and enough deviation characteristics can be provided.
