PURPOSE:To prevent the vapor wash phenomenon of the paint film on an inner surface, in baking and drying a bag structure after immersion, by sending air into the bag structure to discharge the vapor of the solvent evaporated from the paint adhered to the inner surface to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A bag structure 2 is immersed in arbitrary paint and subsequently suspended in a baking and drying oven 1 to perform the baking and drying of the paint by hot air drying. Since openings 3 such as bolt holes or positioning holes are formed to the bag structure 2 at several places, air or inert gas such as N2 or Ar is sent in the bag structure 2 through the openings 3 by a blower device 4 during baking and drying to discharge the vapor 11 of the solvent from the paint stagnated in the bag structure 2 to the outside from the other openings 3. The ratio of thicknesses of the paint films on the inner and outer surfaces of the bag structure 2 thus obtained as the result of baking and drying become almost 1:1 and the vapor washing on the inner surface side of the bag structure 2 is prevented.
