PURPOSE:To maintain abrasion resistance and durability for a long period by forming a liner with a polymer material including a carbon-based paint. CONSTITUTION:The liners 1 and 2 are formed with the polymer material including the carbon-based paint. As the polymer material like this, for example, an extra-high molecular quantity polyethylene containing carbon and an extra- high molecular quantity polyethylene containing carbonic graphite, etc., are listed and the polymer material whose content rate of the carbon-based paint is 1-50wt.% is suitable. The absorption of a lubricant by the liners 1 and 2 hardly occurs and the polymer material including the carbon-based paint is a low friction material, so that the specified abrasion resistance and durability can be kept for a long period even in case of rotating a metallic thin film magnetic disk 4 at high speed.
