PURPOSE:To obtain the title material which can be molded into any desired shape and excels in cold storage power, comprising a curing product of a mixture comprising a curable polyorganosiloxane, a water-swellable resin and water. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. curable polyorganosiloxane (A) of the formula [wherein R is an (un)substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group or hydroxyl and a is 1-3] and a viscosity of 100-500,000cs (25 deg.C) is mixed with 2-200pts. wt. water-swellable resin (B) (e.g., acrylic resin) and at most 500pts.wt., per 100pts.wt. component B, water (C). The mixture is degassed, molded into any desired shape and cured by keeping it at a temperature from the freezing point of water or the aqueous solution to its b.p. at normal pressure for a predeter mined time.
