The invention relates to a device fixed onto phials allowing the tips 2 which are broken upon use to be recovered, and to be removed away from 4 of the emptying hole 5. It facilitates the use of phials, prevents the tips becoming scattered and reduces the risks which stem therefrom. The device consists of rigid ties 3 which can undergo a permanent deformation, one of the ends is anchored onto the tips 2, and the other is fixed to the body of the phial 8. When the tip is broken, the tie 6 is folded back in order to stow the tip away 4 from the emptying hole 5. <IMAGE>
