PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unnecessary traffic by performing an appropriate communication filtering based on an application operating in an information processor for virus spread prevention and countermeasure support after the virus infection. SOLUTION: The communication controller connected to an information processing terminal apparatus 5 via a network is provided with an application communication control information DB 2 for storing communication control information for an application software, and a communication control part 4 for receiving information indicating an operation status of the application software from the information processing terminal apparatus 5, for collating with the communication control information stored in the application communication control information DB 2 in advance, and for controlling the transmission and reception of the application software based on the collation result.
