<p>Ceramic rectifier has semi-conductive titanium plate; to one surface a non-Ohmic electrode and to the other an Ohmic electrode is fitted, the solids of which consist mainly of 68-92.4% by wt. and 7.2-32% by wt. added lead oxide and bismuth oxide added in a molar ratio of 0.5-1.5. This provides rectifier of semi-conductive ceramic titanates with electrodes having strong non-linear voltage characteristics in the throughflow direction and high varistor voltage.</p> |
