PURPOSE:To use an offset inhibiting liquid efficiently by arranging an offset inhibiting liquid coating device and a blade at an interval where the offset inhibiting liquid which is blocked and stagnated by the blade and is in contact with an offset coating device. CONSTITUTION:The blade 6 is provided on the downstream side of the coating device 4 in the rotating direction of a fixing roller 1, and the blade 6 levels oil applied irregularly (in roller length-wise direction) from the coating device 4 uniformly. Here, the offset liquid coating device 4 and blade 6 are arranged at the interval where excessive oil stagnating in front of the blade 6 can contacts the offset coating device 4, and consequently the surface of a tetrafluoroethylene resin film 4a is dipped in the oil, so that new oil is prevented from flowing out. Consequently, the offset inhibiting liquid is used efficiently. |
