The information support device according to the invention is made up of at least one flat component 1 made from a flexible plastic, which is at least partially transparent, one of whose faces 23 is designed so as to be able to be fixed onto the said transparent element and the other face comprises at least two pouches 15, 19 each one capable of receiving, at least partially, a document such as a ticket 22 or a pass (tax disc) 16, this flat component 1 having a cutout 4, 6, 8, preferably a circular one, serving to delimit, at least partially, the site of an element such as a self-adhesive pass (tax disc) 29 intended to be fixed onto the said transparent element.
