PURPOSE:To cope with information of wide range by taking out a minimum output of the outputs of plural storage type detectors and obtaining a reset pulse. CONSTITUTION:The output signals SR, SG, SB of photosensors 1, 2, 3 are inputted to a minimum value detecting circuit 4. The output signal SM of the minimum value detecting circuit 4 is impressed to one input terminal of a comparator 10. The output signal of the comparator 10 is inputted to a D type flip flop (D type FF) 12. The output signal of this D type FF 12 is used as the reset pulse of the photosensors 1, 2, 3 for a white balance. When the minimum value signal SM detected in the minimum value detecting circuit 4 for detecting the minimum level of the output signals SR, SG, SB from the photosensors 1, 2, 3 exceeds a reference voltage VM at a time t1, the reset pulse RS is inputted to the photosensors 1, 2, 3 for the white balance and to initialize again.
