A rubber printing plate which is used even in primary color printing is produced by a moulding method with the use of a zincograph. The first step is to mould an engraved silicone rubber plate with the mixture (A) of silicone rubber (TSE 350), vulcanizing agent (CE 61) and defoaming agent on the embossed zincograph. The embossed rubber printing plate is moulded with the mixture (B) of 2-6 parts (in wt.) of PVC (121) and 1-3 parts of dioctylphthalate relative to 1 part of cured rubber powder on the engraved silicone rubber plate.
