PURPOSE:To perform exact inspection when the load shift of film is generated, by a method wherein each holding hole of an intermediate sheet is loaded with film which is held between upper and lower sheets to laminate all of the sheets and the thickness of the laminated sheet is measured to detect whether said thickness is within a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:When a plurality of sheets are loaded with a plurality of films to hold them in the continuous manufacturing of a chemical analysis slide, the loading shift thereof is inspected. At this time, a strip like laminated sheet 16 consists of three plastic sheets 11, 12, 13 and the second sheet 12 having a holding hole 21 is aligned with the first sheet 11 having a through-hole 1a at first to be laminated thereto. The holding hole 2a is loaded with a chemical analysis film 4 formed by cutting a strip of film into a predetermined size and the third sheet is laminated thereon. This sheet 15 is grasped by an inspection device 70 to measure the thickness thereof. Hereupon, the thickness h2 when the film 4 generates load shift with respect to the intermediate sheet 12 becomes larger than a thickness h1 at a normal time and load shift can be inspected thereby.
