PURPOSE:To prevent drop of fuel pressure by executing proportional differential operation to fuel pressure deviation, and by adding this operation result to output of changing ratio controller of a load control part of each axis so as to enable immediate response to fluctuation of fuel pressure. CONSTITUTION:In a load control device of a combined cycle power plane which assembles a plurality of single axis type power generation facilities made up from connecting in series of a gas turbine, a steam turbine and a generator respectively, a fuel pressure detector 10 is provided and fuel base pipe pressure at the entrance of a gas turbine is measured. The deviation of axis pressure by this detector 10 and the fuel pressure set value 12 determined from the allowed value is operated at a subtracter 11, and bias corresponding to the deviation so that this deviation is made zero is put out from a function generator 13 and put into a proportional differentiater 14. And the output of this proportional differentiater 14 is added to output of a changing ratio controller 17 of a load control part of each axis by an adder 18, and the output of the adder 18 is made input of a upper and lower limit controller 19 of an axis.
