PURPOSE:To prevent non-coincidence between a recording on a paper and an operational file and to attain revision management divided finely at every function by recording the function constitution of a program and the reivision information of the program in an exchange program. CONSTITUTION:The exchange program function constitution is classified into three functions (functions (a)-(c)), a name indicating each function is given to each, and simultaneously the name is also given to the operational file 1, as well. A program modification arises in the functions (a) and (c), and at this time the name representing the function is updated and is recorded in the functions (a) and (c). The name of the operational file including these functions is also updated, so that the old and the new operational files can be discriminated from each other.
