PURPOSE:To remove a toner sticking to a groove of a toner replenishing roller extending over a log period by allowing an edge part of a blade member to be attached to a toner case, to abut on the peripheral surface of said roller. CONSTITUTION:A toner replenishing roller 10 of a toner replenishing device 7 is rotated clockwise, and toner T is placed between a groove 14 of the roller 10 and an elastic seal material 11 and allowed to stick to the groove 14 and carried out to the outside of a toner case 9. In this case, the toner T sticking to the groove 14 is separated from the groove 14 by a blade member 13 attached to a case wall 9b. Also, at the time of using rubber having elasticity for the member 13, an edge part of the rubber is pressed against the peripheral surface of the roller 10 by its elasticity and fixed. At the time of using a polyester film, etc., for the member 13, it is fixed to the wall 9b through an elastic member 12 such as a sponge, etc., and used by allowing an edge part 13a to abut on the peripheral surface of the roller 10.
