A hanger machine for handling shoes of various sizes comprises a frame (1), a first driving device (2), a shoes holder (3), a shoes mould (4), a second driving device (5) placed between both sides of the holder (3), polisher holders (6) connected with the second driving devices (5), a third driving device (7) placed on top of the holder (3), a shoes presser (9) connected to the third driving devices (7), pushing pins (10) for pressing the bottom sole, and polishers (11) whose shifting lengths (L) are variable.
