PURPOSE:To miniaturize and contrive the weight saving as the whole burner, simplify the manufacturing assembly and improve the productivity by a method wherein a burning part and a heat exchanging part are formed integrally. CONSTITUTION:A burner part and a heat exchanging part are integrally formed. Thereby, the whole structure of a burner 35 is miniaturized and saved in weight, simplified the manufacturing assembly and improved the productivity. Exhaust gas 25, fuel 26 and the air 27 are flowed through each passage line 16, 19 and 21 which are formed of many passages 13, accordingly, the heat recovery from the exhaust gas is performed effectively, the surface burning is enabled by the diffusing burning. Thus, the heat flux dencity is made uniform, a body 30 to be heated is prevented from the generation of a hot-spot. Hereupon, the fuel 26 and the air 27 are mixed after introduced into a space 29 for a burning part, consequently, a backfire is completely prevented. |
