PURPOSE:To accurately and automatically correct a time by inexpensive constitution, by detecting the time signal sound of noncommercial broadcasting to perform synchronous correction. CONSTITUTION:A time signal sound detection circuit 2 receives the receiving time designation signal in the vicinity of the time receiving the time signal sound from a clock circuit 4 and detects the frequency sound of a time signal from the broadcasting signal 7 received from a receiving circuit 1 within said time to send the detection signal to a comparing circuit 3. The comparing circuit 3 compares the time date of the clock circuit 4 with the detection signal 8 to judge the gain and loss of a time and sends out a gain/loss correction signal 10 to the clock circuit 4. The clock circuit 4 receives said correction signal 10 to correct clock data during counting by a time correction means to sends out the corrected time data 11 to an external output circuit 5. The external output circuit 5 sends out the corrected time data to an external apparatus 12 is necessary. |
