PURPOSE:To attain sure magnetic erasure without being affected by vertical oscillation by providing a means retarding the leading of a start voltage of horizontal oscillation after aplication of power and retarding the vertical oscillation further. CONSTITUTION:A start voltage of a horizontal oscillation circuit 17 is supplied from a 12V line 10 generated from a remote controller transformer 6 through resistors 18, 19 and a diode 20. When horizontal oscillation takes place, each voltage is generated from the secondary side of an FBT (flyback transformer) and the vertical oscillation is started. When the secondary voltage rises, it is supplied to a horizontal oscillation circuit 17 from a diode 21 as a power supply voltage. In this case, an electrolytic capacitor 23 is connected between the diode 22 and ground from the anode of the diode 13 and given to a base of a transisto 25 through a resistor 24 and the start of horizontal oscillation is retarded by applying ON/OFF control to the horizontal oscillation start voltage at the collector. Thus, the vertical oscillation is also retarded to ensure the magnetic erasure.
