CONSTITUTION:When a rotary reel 6 is rapidly rotated by swiftly pulling out a cord 9, a pin 20 moves outwards due to the centrifugal force through between the low steps 31, 31 of guide walls 29, 29 and those 37, 37 of stopping protrusions 34, 34 so that the pin would go to a cord winding position and the cord could not be held at a prescribed length. At that time, the tip of an operating plate 18 comes into contact with a stopping protrusion 23 to prevent the pin 20 from going out due to the rapid rotation of the reel 6, to hold the cord 9 at the prescribed length. |
