PURPOSE:To cut the construction cost by installing an emergency water feeding system between a water storage tank into which a portion of the lubricating water supplied from a bearing lubricating water pump is introduced and a lubricating water feeding piping system. CONSTITUTION:A portion of the lubricating water discharged from a bearing lubricating water pump 5 is supplied into a bearing lubricating water tank 13 through a piping 12. The outlet line connected with the bearing lubricating water tank 13 is connected to a circulating water pump bearing lubricating water feeding line through an emergency lubricating water feeding pipe 11 and an emergency lubricating water feeding valve 9. Therefore, the bearing lubricating water tank 13 can be installed in the vicinity of the bearing lubricating water pump 5, and the need of a head tank and the piping leading to the circulating water pump from the head tank can be avoided, and construction cost can be cut.
