The invention relates to a detergent and aromatic composition for body hygiene and which enables alcohol addiction to be remedied, and to a process for preparing it. According to the invention, a composition is prepared containing a foaming agent (such as diisopropanolamine lauryl sulphate), an anionic detergent (such as the condensation product of coconut fatty acids and collagen), a foam stabiliser (such as coconut fatty acid diethanolamide) and a stabiliser (aqueous dispersion of acrylic polymers), and a non-alcoholic extract of a natural alcoholic drink, in particular an extract of natural fragrance of Champagne sparkling wine, is then incorporated as active principle; after dilution in a water base, the composition constitutes a bath giving off the scent of Champagne.
