PURPOSE:To enable various kinds of packages to be transported to the next process in a fixed order by driving a transport conveyer along a take-up zone after roping up a set number of packages from each take-up zone. CONSTITUTION:When a winding unit UAi receiving roping-up command is detected while a roping-up truck 4 is travelling in a zone ZA, the truck 4 is stopped in that position and a wound-up package PA is delivered to a conveyer 1 by the roping-up operation. And the truck 4 again travels and reversed at a traverse end 14. In this reversal the truck passes through a zone A even in receiving the roping-up command and travels in a zone ZB to be reversed at an end 15. The truck 4 receives the roping-up command in the zone ZB to carry out the roping-up operation with the unit UBr. And various kinds of packages PB are mounted on the conveyer 1 at the downstream side of package PA and the conveyer 1 is driven toward the next process.
