<p>NEW MATERIAL:Polypeptides selected from polypeptide expressed by the formula (X is Gly or Gln; Y is Ser, Thr or Ile), carrier protein links and salt thereof. USE:The polypeptides have a polyalbumin receptor activity and are useful as a clinical reagent of hepatitis B, hepatitis B vaccine or producing raw material thereof. PREPARATION:For example, C-ended amino acid having protected amino group is combined with an insoluble carrier by carboxyl group thereof when the poly peptide is produced by a conventional solid phase method. A halogenomethyl resin, etc., such as chloromethyl resin, is preferably used as the carrier. Then the protecting group of amino group is removed and the protecting amino acid of amino group is condensed one after another in turn according to the amino acid sequence of desired polypeptide and the total sequence is synthesized to provide the compound expressed by the formula.</p> |
