<p>The laser includes a main body (10) which comprises a discharge power source (11), heat exchangers (12a,12b), and a gas circulating blower (13). A laser head (20) comprises a pair of resonator reflection mirrors (21a,21b) and a pair of discharging electrodes (24a,24b) connected to the power source and gas pipings (30) having high flexibility. A laser medium has a pressure at least 1/2 atm. and a laser beam (1) is generated from the gas which is excited by the discharge between the electrodes (24a,24b). The gas is circulated to the main body for cooling down and then recirculated to the laser head via the gas pipings (30).</p> |
