PURPOSE:To make a call possible as soon as a callee is idle by getting a state in which dial number information is newly received in a specified number of figures again and executing the recalling of the callee without receiving the dial signal from a caller if the caller continues an off-hook when the callee is busy. CONSTITUTION:By receiving the dial number from the caller the numbers are sequentially received and accumulated in an event control process 11. When the specified number of figures is accumulated a number reception completing event occurs and following number analysis process 12 is executed. Now, whether it is an extension incoming call or a call through a trunk line is discriminated and the discriminated result is transmitted to an incoming call analysis process 13. And if it is the extension incoming call, whether the callee of the received numbers is busy or idle is discriminated. If the caller continues the off-hook without dialing when the callee is busy, the received number of figures are decreased to get all units reception completing state at the specified timing so as to start the new calling actions of the callee. Thus, the call can be possible as soon as the callee goes to an idle state from a busy state.
