PURPOSE:To prevent the drop in processing capacity of a processor due to traffic observation, by utilizing a central control system in case of a stored program control, and executing the traffic observation for concentrated information in the processor, from the outside. CONSTITUTION:In a traffic observation equipment 11, a table of a memory address storing a send-out instruction of a dial tone, a call signal, a ringing tone, a busy tone, etc. in the exchange processing program is stored in a memory 10 or the buffer in a processor 8. When the processor 8 sets these addresses to an address comparing circuit 6, how many times the address concerned of the operational program have been accessed can be measured. Whenever the send-out instruction such as a dial tone, etc. has been outputted to a register 7, a processor 5 forwards each value of a complete call counter and an incomplete call counter, and also executes a traffic observation of a counter system from the outside of the switchboard, by detecting an address of the operational program. |
