CONSTITUTION:Correcting information obtained at the time when a coordinate designating means 19 is allowed to abut on the prescribed two points P0, P1 of a supporting part is stored in advance in a storage means 41 such as an EEPROM (read-only memory), etc. In this state, coordinate information based on the coordinate axis of a substrate 1 detected when a desired coordinate on a supporting member 5 is instructed by the coordinate designating means 19 such as an input pen, etc., is converted to coordinate information based the coordinate axis of the supporting member as a reference, based on the correcting information stored in the storage means 41. In such a way, it becomes unnecessary to embed a detecting electrode, etc., into a coordinate input board 5, and a coordinate input device whose design man-hour and manufacturing man-hour are smaller can be obtained.</p> |
