PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a liquid polymer composition which is useful as a paving material, a waterproofing agent, a sealant or the like and can give a cured product having sufficient adhesiveness and flexibility, by adding solid rubber chips to a composition comprising a hydroxyl-containing liquid diene polymer, a polyisocyanate compound and a bituminous substance. CONSTITUTION:This liquid polymer composition contains a hydroxyl-containing liquid diene copolymer, a polyisocyanate, a bituminous substance and solid rubber chips. As said hydroxyl-containing liquid diene polymer, a liquid diene polymer having hydroxyl groups in the molecule or at the terminals and having an average-MW of about 300-25,000 can be used. The content of the hydroxyl groups is preferably 0.3-5meg/g. Said solid rubber chips of a natural or synthetic rubber can be used in an amount of about 10-1,000pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. hydroxyl-containing liquid diene polymer.
