PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent adhesion to various substrates, consisting of a polyphenylene oxide resin, a specified organosilane (partial hydrolyzate) and an org. titanic ester. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyphenylene oxide resin (A) is blended with 1-100 pts.wt. organosilane of the formula (wherein R<1> and R<2> are each a monovalent org. group; a is 0 or 1) or its partial hydrolyzate (B) and 0.01-2,000pts.wt. org. titanic ester (C) (e.g., tetraisopropyl titanate). The mixture is dissolved in an org. solvent (e.g., toluene).
